As a Client Relations and Training Coordinator, you will be instrumental in nurturing and sustaining client relationships. Your collaboration with trainers and participants will be key in fostering an enriching educational environment. By ensuring high-quality training delivery, you will contribute to our esteemed reputation and encourage ongoing engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth execution of training sessions, focusing on operational and administrative excellence to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Manage various tasks including client communications, inquiries resolution, and report preparation, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Utilize your proficiency in software applications to enhance administrative efficiency and maintain accurate financial records in partnership with our finance team.
- Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department.

Professional Qualifications
- Proficient in sales and communication techniques to engage effectively with trainees and trainers.
- Strong background in project management and planning, showcasing leadership, stress resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Competent in handling administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, with a quick grasp of various software tools.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with software such as MS Office, Teamleader, Hubspot, WordPress, and financial tracking systems.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with a strong command of both Dutch and French.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of three years in office or event management.
