Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with data governance leads and stewards to develop, implement, and maintain data principles, policies, and standards.
- Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify potential data issues and areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of data quality monitoring systems and tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance best practices are integrated into our business processes.
- Develop and maintain business rules and data definitions to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in data management, integration, governance, and/or quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of Python, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
- Hands-on experience with Data Governance tools (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Alation).
