Data Governance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our team at RX2 Solutions LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing a robust Data Governance framework that ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our data.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with data governance leads and stewards to develop, implement, and maintain data principles, policies, and standards.
  • Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify potential data issues and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of data quality monitoring systems and tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance best practices are integrated into our business processes.
  • Develop and maintain business rules and data definitions to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data management, integration, governance, and/or quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Practical knowledge of Python, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Governance tools (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Alation).
