As a Strategic Alliances Manager, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining our ecosystem of service partners to drive maximum profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to build and maintain relationships with key service partners, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and relationship management, to drive growth strategies and product marketing positioning.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement, and communicate and advocate partner needs and goals within Global Payments to ensure they are met and properly addressed.
  • Manage partner performance through all verticals of the enterprise and its affiliates, recommending process improvements to executive leadership.
  • Develop and maintain executive plans (playbooks) for each assigned partner, including briefings of the partnership and product offering(s), strategic plans, revenue forecasts, and ongoing direction and guidance for management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field from an accredited university.
  • Relevant experience in partnerships management, preferably in Fintech industry, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Experience in building partner ecosystems, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
