Job Title: Strategic Account Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Advisor to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and retention targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and present sales proposals and pitches to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in office tools, cloud-based software, and social media

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sales software and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and market trends
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
