Salary Range: $48.00 per hour

Department Highlights:
  • Support across multiple locations within a 150-mile radius
  • Mileage reimbursement available
  • Additional $5 per hour for float assignments
  • Weekend shift differential of $1.25 per hour
  • Evening/night shift differential of $1.25 per hour; 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Minimum of 24 hours of work required per month
  • At least one weekend rotation per month is necessary
  • 3 months of prior experience in Long Term Care is required; 6 months preferred
  • No contract obligations
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care across various locations. This role allows for local travel while delivering essential nursing services, offering competitive compensation, mileage reimbursement, and flexibility without contractual commitments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in nursing practices and adhere to age and population-specific standards in their assigned clinical environments. Responsibilities include:
  • Providing comprehensive care throughout all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Coordinating resident care, conducting assessments, and delivering education.
  • Executing various nursing interventions as needed.

In this role, you may act as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe and effective care delivery. You will also provide guidance and support to ensure the successful administration of resident care and address any service concerns.

Qualifications:
Candidates should be graduates of a nationally accredited nursing program, with a preference for those holding a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. An unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing is required, along with the maintenance of necessary competencies and certifications.
