Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and minimizing waste.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the retail or food service industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds. The successful candidate must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
