Procurement and Contract Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contract administration procedures and policies, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve AS 9100 procedures and continuous improvement efforts
- Build bid files, electronic and physical, and manage the bid log to support proposal writing and submittals
- Administer contracts, including sales order entries, building job files, and distributing sales order packages to respective departments
- Create spreadsheets, formulate effective charts, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite related to production control
- Ship products and notify customers
Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent in work experience
- Five+ years of experience in contract review practices and generating and maintaining account receivable reports
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to interact well with customers and staff
