Procurement Coordinator for Aerospace Manufacturing

Marquee Staffing - Technical seeks a skilled Procurement Coordinator for our aerospace manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration, customer service, and procurement processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage customer accounts, including review of contracts and negotiation of terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with shipping schedules, legal/contract requirements, and other commitments.
- Monitor product lead-time data and work with Manufacturing, Planning, and the customer to manage and respond to changing external demand schedules and internal production schedules.
- Perform export compliance reviews for all foreign customers' shipments.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Order entry of all purchase orders received.
- Maintenance of accurate records and data updates.
- Timely response to incoming calls and faxes.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Two years of experience in a customer service function.
- A strong understanding of purchase order agreements, terms, conditions, and standard business practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
