Job Summary

USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Hydro Blast Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance and turnaround services team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of the whole body.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set-up all necessary cleaning equipment, including high-pressure pumps, in-service line hydro-blasting, and vacuum, in accordance with operational and training guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including personal protective gear, and work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heavy industrial settings.
  • Manually clean, install, fit, repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment on tanks.
  • Assist in the inspection of equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and general work area prior to starting any job, and inform supervisor of deficiencies that may cause accidents, injuries, or lost productivity.
Requirements
  • Must be able to travel for extended periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license or identification card.
  • Respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week if called upon.
  • Ability to work for extended periods of time within a confined space, in extreme temperature environments, and at high elevation.
  • Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to understand and follow specific procedures and directions.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50lb hoses.
  • Successfully complete drug screen, pre-employment physical, and all required background checks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hydro blasting or pressure cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
  • General labor experience is a plus.
