How You Will Contribute to Healthcare Transformation
- Assist patients in reaching or maintaining their optimal functional capabilities.
- Deliver direct Early Mobility services and perform assigned tasks.
- Engage in collaborative team discussions regarding patient advancement.
- Adhere to established care plans and directives.
- Monitor vital signs prior to initiating activities.
- Coordinate and implement mobility strategies in conjunction with nursing staff.
- Support staff education and interpretation of mobility protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation in patients' electronic health records.
- Exhibit proficient time management abilities.
Qualifications Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Life Support Certification: AHA BLS – HCP certification is required.
Additional Minimum Qualifications: Completion of hospital orientation, strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and knowledge of medical terminology.
