We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Tri-County Child and Family. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for handling daily administrative duties in the Human Resources department.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with families and young children, as well as a strong understanding of employment laws and practices. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and hiring processes
  • Maintenance of employee records
  • Clerical support to the HR Director

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of an AA or higher degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
  2. Proven track record of executing HR-related tasks
  3. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and HR software
  5. Effective communication and organizational skills

Salary Range: $20-$24 per hour. Benefits include a competitive wage scale, hiring bonus, 401K, paid time off, health insurance, and more.
