Job Overview:
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and supervision to team leads and production employees, ensuring excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, People, and Cost.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and support production employees, addressing performance issues promptly.
2. Promote and uphold company policies, particularly regarding safety.
3. Foster a positive work environment through regular communication and timely responses to employee concerns.
4. Organize and maintain efficient production work areas.
5. Plan and schedule operations, including personnel schedules and resource allocation.
6. Develop production plans, including load sheets, scrap management, and reports.
7. Oversee NCR, CAR, SOP, and cost/efficiency projects, including capital budgets.
8. Ensure all employees are trained in accordance with SOP and ISO/ASO standards.
9. Collaborate with other functions (Sales, MRP, Manufacturing) to achieve organizational goals.
10. Accountable for daily and weekly performance metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, People, and Cost.

Requirements:
High School Diploma required, two-year college degree preferred, four-year degree a plus. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operational environment. Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and achieving objectives. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to recommend best practices. Excellent project and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate resources effectively.
