Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Charge Nurse (RN) to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Lexington, Massachusetts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading nursing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing patients' needs and developing effective care plans
- Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
- No experience required, one year medical/psychiatric experience preferred
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - 150,000 per year
