We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Train and develop new team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting on sales activity and team performance using our CRM system.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for helping others and developing relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
