Job Description

Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors is seeking a skilled Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping clients purchase and sell properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, teachable, and creative. They will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and be able to provide valuable insights to clients. Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing is preferred.

As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your sales performance. With a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, you can achieve significant success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help clients price their properties effectively and make them marketable.
  • Network with other real estate professionals to increase awareness of properties and close transactions.
  • Research the local real estate market and stay up-to-date on trends and home values.
  • Consult with clients and answer their questions and concerns throughout the real estate transaction process.
  • Mediate communications and negotiations between home sellers and purchasers.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to ensure prompt home sales.
