Phlebotomy Specialist

As a Phlebotomy Specialist with All Medical Personnel, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a fast-paced laboratory or hospital setting. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and other specimen collection methods.
- Label, centrifuge, and store specimens according to established procedures.
- Match laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Package specimens for transport and store them according to required temperature.
- Understand and comply with OSHA and DEP regulations.
- Attend annual department trainings and answer telephone calls.
Qualifications:
- Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
- Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
- Reliable transportation with at least 4 years of licensed driving experience and a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma or GED.
