About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated School Bus Driver to join our team at First Student. As a key member of our transportation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and school staff.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with students, colleagues, and school administrators.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Subject to a drug screen and physical.
  • Subject to DOT drug testing.
