Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling for youth, assisting with behavior management and crisis intervention.
  • Educate and empower youth in developing essential life skills and fostering healthy relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to create a nurturing environment that promotes growth and healing.
  • Engage students in a range of enriching activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor adventures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year full-time experience working with children, or equivalent in human services credits and experience.
  • Valid driver's license preferred; must be 21+ years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of background and pre-employment checks.
