About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Learning and Development to join our team at Novocure Inc. This is a full-time, exempt, remote role that reports to the Director, Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and measure the impact of learning strategies and programs for US-field based, HCP-facing teams.
  • Lead learning functions with sound decision-making skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts to identify individual learning needs.
  • Champion consistency and quality of learning materials, learning delivery, and learning sustainability across functions.
  • Assess learning needs, make recommendations, and support the design and development of new learning assets as needed.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years' experience in biotech/pharmaceutical, durable medical equipment or medical device sales.
  • 2+ years of Learning and Development experience.
  • 2+ years in oncology experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree in a relevant area preferred.
  • Exceptional oral/written communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally to prioritize contributions to the overall success of the team.
  • Expert knowledge of training goals for sales, medical, leadership, functional skills, and the ability to coach team members.
  • Successful track record as demonstrated by a role of increasing responsibility.
  • Experience with vendor management specializing in training platforms for sales, medical, marketing, and leadership excellence.
