Key Responsibilities- Provide infusion nursing care in home, clinic, or hospital settings
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct patient education and training on infusion therapy and related topics
- Coordinate with payors and healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective care
- Current Oregon or Washington Registered Nurse License
- 1+ year of experience in acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
- National Provider BLS certification
