We are a leading provider of infusion therapy services, partnering with physicians to deliver high-quality care to patients in their offices. Our team is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to manage and operate their own small infusion centers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling patients, coordinating with procurement teams, and ensuring quality assurance metrics are met. They will also work closely with the intake team to ensure patient treatments are authorized and collaborate with the medical assistant to upload new patient information in the EMR.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Schedule patients for infusion appointments, coordinating with the intake team to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
  • Work closely with procurement teams to ensure all inventory is available and tracked, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with the intake team to ensure patient treatments are authorized, verifying insurance coverage and benefits.
  • Ensure monthly quality assurance metrics are met, reviewing and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous audit of all medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with the medical assistant to ensure new patient information is uploaded in the EMR, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Remain up to date on new infusions offered and company policies, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Establish relationships and communicate with local providers, building strong partnerships and networks.
Requirements
  1. 1 Year of Nurse Practitioner Experience
  2. A Master's degree and certification by one of the Nurse Practitioner certifying bodies is required.
  3. Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Medicare Certified
  5. DEA License
Physical Requirements
  1. Requires the ability to stand and sit for hours at a time, with some bending and stooping required.
  2. Must be able to use manual dexterity in relation to clinical requirements.
  3. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
