About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with project coordination experience to join our team at EXP. As a Mechanical Engineer/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating mechanical systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Prepare and review technical documents, including specifications and drawings
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Develop and implement risk management procedures to minimize project risks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in building HVAC design
  • Proficiency in Revit or CAD software
  • Strong communication and project management skills
