The Role
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Systems Specialist to join our MEP Plumbing Team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be responsible for designing plumbing systems for various projects, including hospitality, gaming, entertainment, science and technology, and commercial facilities.

Your Responsibilities
* Converting engineer's markups into working drawings
* Understanding, laying out, and sizing fundamental plumbing systems: storm, sanitary, vent, water, and gas
* Performing load calculations
* Routing plumbing systems and sizing appropriately
* Preparing schedules, details, and fixture and equipment specifications
* Understanding the scope of SD, DD, CD level documents and preparing and delivering drawings at the appropriate level
* Managing and delivering revisions (ASI's, etc) and sketches according to proper numbering convention

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* At least 3 years of experience in plumbing design, with a strong desire to expand your expertise in plumbing engineering
* Excellent REVIT MEP skills
* A degree in engineering or drafting, such as BS Architectural Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Plumbing Engineer, AS Drafting and Design, or equivalent degree
* Strong communication skills
* EIT or PE certification is a plus

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $83,000 to $126,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure may vary based on location and individual factors.
