Position Overview

Cosmetic Physician Partners is developing a distinguished network of physician-led aesthetic clinics across the United States. We are currently in search of a Healthcare Client Coordinator to assist in managing operations at one of our affiliated clinics.

Your main responsibilities will include overseeing client appointment scheduling, welcoming clients upon their arrival, and possessing comprehensive knowledge of the services offered.

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional patient care skills, possess outstanding communication abilities, and demonstrate a polished and articulate demeanor. Flexibility in scheduling, strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, an outgoing and friendly personality, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to teamwork are essential. Proficiency in basic computer software, high integrity, and a quick learning aptitude with a desire for professional growth are also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in clients upon their arrival
  • Collect necessary client information and accurately input it into the system
  • Guide clients to examination rooms and maintain cleanliness between appointments
  • Process client check-outs and manage fee collection as required
  • Handle incoming phone calls, retrieve voicemail messages, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Prepare charts for upcoming appointments and manage messages
  • Ensure client comfort in the waiting area and uphold cleanliness throughout the facility

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with medical terminology, aesthetic procedures, and skincare products
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or aesthetic spa environment
  • Experience in handling phone communications in a medical setting
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and management skills
  • Proficient computer and typing skills
