Nurse Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Create personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.

- Develop and implement effective medication management systems.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
- Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
- Be experienced in all aspects of nursing and how RNs practice medicine.
- Have knowledge about laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care.
