Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a vision for administrative services to support our capital projects.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our project teams, ensuring effective governance, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive sponsors, users, and University administration.
  • Oversee the lifespan of internal projects, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and effective service delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to our Capital Projects team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or business.
  • Significant experience in managing capital design and construction projects, preferably in a higher education environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex matters and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with varying scope and multiple stages of completion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in engineering, architecture, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in the higher education environment, in the construction industry, or real estate development.
