- Oversee the lifespan of internal projects, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and effective service delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to our Capital Projects team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or business.
- Significant experience in managing capital design and construction projects, preferably in a higher education environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex matters and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with varying scope and multiple stages of completion.
- Master's degree in engineering, architecture, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in the higher education environment, in the construction industry, or real estate development.
