After-School Program Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an After-School Program Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality programs that promote social-emotional learning, physical activity, and academic achievement for students in grades K-6.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum and promote student learning and development.
- Lead small groups of students in various activities, including STEAM, sports, and arts, to foster a love of learning and physical activity.
- Assist with homework completion, snack distribution, and other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and safe program.
- Manage student behavior and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and fellow coaches to ensure a cohesive and effective program.
- 1-2 years of experience working with children in an educational or coaching setting.
- Completed at least 48 college credits.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a Live-Scan background check and TB screening.
