About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an After-School Program Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive programs to students in grades K-6.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement social-emotional learning and enrichment activities that promote physical, mental, and academic well-being.
  • Lead lessons that increase excitement about learning and foster a love for education.
  • Assist with homework completion and snack distribution, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for students.
  • Effectively manage student behavior and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and embrace professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working with elementary and/or middle school students.
  • Ability to design and implement engaging lesson plans while maintaining accuracy and organization.
  • Effective support for kids' behavioral management needs and ability to connect with students.
  • Comfortable utilizing online platforms for training and resources.
  • Collaborative and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
