After-School Program Facilitator

Elevate the educational experience of students in grades K-8 as an After-School Program Facilitator with Elevo Learning. This part-time role requires a passion for social-emotional learning and a commitment to creating engaging activities that foster physical, mental, and academic well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement STEAM-based lessons to motivate students and increase excitement about learning.
- Lead activities that promote social-emotional learning, homework completion, and snack distribution.
- Effectively manage student behavior and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Provide support to students in need, including those with special needs or English language learners.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
- Must have completed at least 48 college credits.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive hourly rate of $22.
