We are seeking a Medical Services Support Coordinator to join our team at BioLife in DeKalb, IL. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our donors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

About the Job:
This part-time position requires working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be responsible for answering phones, greeting and focusing on our donors, screening new and repeat donors, taking and recording donor vital signs and finger stick results, using our Donor Information System, preparing donor charts, maintaining accurate records, coordinating donor compensation, and helping identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will also need the ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees, and fine motor coordination, depth perception, and the ability to hear equipment from a distance.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $17.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience. U.S. based employees may also be eligible for short-term incentives and other benefits.
