Help Desk Lead/Supervisor

About the RoleAs a NOC Shift Supervisor II, you will play a critical role in leading our Network Operations Center (NOC) team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and mentoring a team of NOC engineers and Help Desk Technicians
- Monitoring and ensuring team adherence to goals and performance objectives
- Enhancing and achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Developing internal talent and refining training processes
- Offering coaching and actionable feedback to team members
- Escalating and maintaining high-level communication with customers and management
- Managing attendance and performance of NOC engineers
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing corresponding growth plans
- Overseeing overall performance and reliability of the local NOC team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in administering and maintaining Windows Server 2008 and above
- Advanced knowledge of supporting/managing desktop operating systems
- Experience in Email Administration, including high-level user management
- Familiarity with basic virtualization Administration
- Strong experience and proficiency in domain functionality and knowledge of Active Directory services
- Exceptional ability to troubleshoot issues related to Windows and Mac OS
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services and VPN
- Intermediate knowledge of Backup Solutions
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree desired
- Required certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator, and Office 365 Fundamentals
