Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Musculoskeletal Specialty Hospital in Naples, Florida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hospital's leadership team and ensure effective communication and collaboration among departments
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve hospital goals and objectives
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical staff, governing board, and community stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business administration, public health, health care administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of administrative leadership experience in a healthcare or related field
  • Proven track record of partnering with medical staff to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting and forecasting methodologies
  • Knowledge of modern national trends in hospital quality and patient safety
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Board Certified American College of Healthcare Executives Fellow (FACHE) credential
