Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient application of premium check payments to client accounts.


Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment applications.
  2. Review and apply checks and ACH payments accurately.
  3. Perform remote bank deposits and reconcile statements.
  4. Prepare client aging/receivables reports and collaborate with team members.
  5. Process employee expenses for reimbursement and resolve any discrepancies.
  6. Support the preparation of monthly accounts current reports and year-end close-out procedures.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with NetSuite preferred.
