CRM Systems Developer

Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology is seeking a highly skilled CRM Systems Developer to join our Department of Enterprise Information Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for installed administrative software, configuring software and managing solution/enhancement, and providing expertise in programming and design tools necessary to create or extend software solutions in support of the Institute's CRM systems.
Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical support for installed administrative software, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Software Configuration: Configure software and manage solution/enhancement to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Programming and Design: Provide expertise in programming and design tools necessary to create or extend software solutions in support of the Institute's CRM systems.
- Case Management: Use case management system to respond to user service requests and to track responses.
- Microsoft Development: Provide support for Microsoft development utilities, including Visual Studio and other related tools.
- User Support: Work with end users to translate their functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with Project Management in support of campus-wide software initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Work with vendors, when necessary, to meet changes in business processes.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Experience: One year of relevant work experience is required.
- Skills: Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, ERP software, and Integrated Development Environments is necessary.
- Proficiency: Must have experience working in a diverse computing environment and demonstrate proficiency working with users to define, implement, review, and validate complex functional solutions.
- Software Skills: Must be competent in using internet software, spreadsheet software, and word-processing software.
- Experience: Three years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics: Experience with the development of Microsoft Dynamics plugin solutions is preferred.
- Power Platform: Experience with Power Platform Development is preferred.
- Integration: Experience with integration via internal/external API calls and configurations is preferred.
- Programming Languages: Experience with JAVA Script and C# is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills are preferred.
