Magnolia Health Systems is a prominent healthcare organization specializing in assisted living, pediatric care, and skilled nursing services. We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to fulfill the role of Nurse Consultant, focusing on the Terre Haute and Martinsville regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee designated facilities to ensure continuous adherence to State and Federal regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and/or final evaluation of all Plans of Correction for the designated area and authorize submissions.
  • Support facilities in achieving compliance when deficiencies are identified.
  • Develop and/or deliver in-service training materials as requested by the assigned facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care settings is required.
  • Strong knowledge of both State and Federal regulations is essential.
  • Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing at the facility level is preferred.
  • Able to effectively organize and present necessary in-service training materials and participate in the onboarding of new Directors of Nursing.
