Magnolia Health Systems is a prominent health care organization specializing in assisted living, pediatric, and skilled nursing services. We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to fulfill the role of Nurse Consultant, focusing on the Terre Haute and Martinsville regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure that designated facilities adhere to State and Federal regulations.
  • Support the development and/or perform a comprehensive review of all Plans of Correction for the assigned area, granting approval for submission.
  • Assist facilities in achieving compliance when deficiencies are identified.
  • Prepare and/or deliver in-service training materials as requested by the assigned facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care settings.
  • Thorough understanding of both State and Federal regulations.
  • Preferred experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing at the facility level.
  • Adept at organizing and presenting essential in-service training materials and participating in the onboarding of new Directors of Nursing.
