Store Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Holiday Station Stores - Workday in Rochester, MN. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Ring up sales on the cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform multi-function operations of the fuel console, lottery machine, and other equipment.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
  • Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
