Job Summary

MATHESON is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the South Texas Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed corporate objectives for safety and profitable growth within assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 7-9 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in dry ice/CO2 products, B2C accounts, protein processing and packaging, and third-party logistic accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience in sales force automation and data analysis.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 40-60% of the time.
What We Offer

MATHESON offers a competitive salary, commission structure, and auto allowance, with a target salary of $75k base plus commission and auto allowance (OTE $115k+). We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
