Job Summary

The Home Health Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining business partnerships with referral sources, acting as a brand champion and ensuring that the mission and vision of our company are understood and carried out consistently. This role requires a proven track record of success, self-motivation, and a strong ability to build relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business partnerships with referral sources
  • Act as a brand champion and ensure consistent delivery of our company's mission and vision
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and community leaders
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the healthcare industry
  • A proven track record of being a top performer
  • Compassionate, kind, and empathetic to patients and their families
  • Known and respected within the community
  • A college graduate with a Bachelor Degree focused in Marketing or Business preferred
