Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, promoting our home health services, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • College graduate with a Bachelor Degree focused in Marketing or Business preferred
