Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Home Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business partnerships with referral sources and promoting our home health services to the local healthcare community.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and referral sources.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of home health services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the healthcare industry.
- A proven track record of success in sales or business development.
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic to patients and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A college graduate with a Bachelor Degree focused in Marketing or Business preferred.
