Job SummaryThe Home Health Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining business partnerships with referral sources, promoting our home health services to the local healthcare community, and ensuring that our company's mission and vision are understood and carried out consistently.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Compassionate, kind, and empathetic to patients and their families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
