Job SummaryThe Account Executive is a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their waste management needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned geographic areas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions and exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in a customer-facing role
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
