We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at nVent. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers in the data server rail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and strategies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on technical product solutions
  • Proven track record of success in establishing strong relationships with key customers and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, preferably SFDC

Pay Transparency:

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of total target cash pay for this job and the employee's work location. Total target cash is comprised of an employee's base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved.

Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

If annual sales performance exceeds annual sales goals, the total target cash received may exceed the pay scale maximum reflected below.

Total Target Cash Range:

Geographic Region A: $101,400.00 - $188,300.00 +Geographic Region B: $110,600.00 - $205,400.00 +Geographic Region C: $96,300.00 - $178,800.00 +
