Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a position for a Bookkeeper in our team located in Hutchins, Texas. The role encompasses a variety of tasks related to account reconciliation, bookkeeping, and processing payments in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Execute account reconciliation tasks on a regular basis
• Assist with the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up to date
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and financial tracking
• Handle payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
• Process customer payments, maintaining a consistent cash flow for the company
• Utilize Paycom software for payroll and HR management tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records for the company as per industry standards
• Assist with any other bookkeeping tasks as required by the team.• Possession of a minimum of three years of experience in the field of bookkeeping.
• Demonstrated proficiency in account reconciliation.
• Experience in managing accounts payable (AP).
• Experience in managing accounts receivable (AR).
• Ability to conduct bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in bookkeeping practices.
• Capable of performing data entry tasks with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in performing month end close processes.
• Familiarity with payroll processes.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Experience with Paycom software.
