Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead swimming lessons
  • Deliver guidance in and around the swimming area with adaptable working hours, including possible weekends
  • Foster a fun and secure atmosphere adhering to the established British Swim School methodologies and safety standards set by the Aquatics Director
  • Participate in team meetings and mandatory training sessions as instructed by the Aquatics Director

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Enthusiastic and confident with outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Communicate effectively with children, clients, and pool personnel
  • Adhere to schedules, safety protocols, teaching techniques, and all British Swim School guidelines
  • Exhibit and instruct swim techniques accurately as trained

Required Qualifications:

Lifeguard certification is preferred

CPR and First Aid certification are mandatory
