As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your supervisory skills to manage daily operations, including kitchen and dining areas, to ensure seamless execution of our You First culture and core values.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed restaurant sales and traffic goals, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Coach and observe team members to ensure they are implementing the First Watch Five Steps of Service and adhering to our 10 Commandments.
  • Respond promptly to customer and employee concerns, and communicate effectively with the team to resolve issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on food safety and handling procedures, and ensure all team members are certified and trained.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage company assets, including computers, point of sale systems, and security equipment, to ensure their integrity and security.
  • Understand the key responsibilities of every position in the restaurant and ensure that team members are aware of their roles and expectations.
  • Put an immediate stop to any inappropriate behavior, investigate as needed, and take corrective action to maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Account for all daily revenues and deposits, and complete administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner.
