As a Retail Shift Lead at KARM Stores, you will be responsible for assisting the Retail Management team in ensuring the accuracy and security of all transactions, maintaining customer service standards, and providing a pleasant shopping experience for each customer.

Key Tasks:

  1. Assist in register transactions, including handling of cash and credit card payments, to ensure accuracy and security.
  2. Work with the Retail Management team to establish and maintain customer service standards.
  3. Assist store staff in stocking store shelves and clothing racks to provide customers with maximum shopping opportunities.
  4. Delegate tasks and responsibilities with the Retail Manager and Assistant Retail Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  2. Commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement.
  3. Computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
  4. Ability to interpret and follow instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
  5. Physical ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform moderate to heavy physical activity.

Compensation:

$11-$16 hourly wage, with opportunities for performance-based increases and referral bonuses.
