Position Overview:
System One is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Operations Specialist to support our client in the administration of comprehensive HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital resource and advisor on various HR topics including employee performance, recognition programs, workplace diversity, and compliance matters.
- Foster strong relationships with management to assist in team leadership and identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison among different business units, facilitating partnerships that align with our organizational values.
- Lead the review and education of HR policies while balancing operational needs with employee welfare.
- Represent the organization in regulatory hearings and respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of legal requirements for employee management to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as necessary.
- Prepare reports and analyze statistical data for metrics and compliance purposes, identifying areas for training and development.
- Coordinate the creation of training programs in partnership with the Manager of People Strategy and Operations.
- Oversee attendance tracking and manage employee evaluation distribution.
- Ensure all employee files are current and accurately reflect changes in employment status, pay adjustments, and disciplinary actions.
- Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving complaints, including managing service award programs.
- Support the People department with company events, employee meetings, and various projects.
- Manage food services and other employee-related services as required.
- Participate in employee orientation and training sessions, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR procedures and policies.
- Coach supervisors and managers on employment laws to ensure compliance in the workplace.
- Administer recognition programs to acknowledge employee contributions.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
