We are seeking a skilled Packaging Associate to join our team at City Brewing Co. in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain high-speed packaging machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Comply with all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work flexible schedules, including second and third shifts, and be available for weekend overtime as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in on-the-job training and adhere to guidelines for working with hazardous chemicals and equipment.
- Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards, and maintain accurate records and inventory.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a post-offer physical capacity exam.
- Pass a post-offer drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
